Our process
As no single development process is flexible or light enough to meet the needs of most large scale development operations, we have devised our own methodology which is a combination of AGILE and CMMi. Our proven methodology is flexible and suitable for requirement shifts under very tight schedules and defined budgets.

After spending two years assessing the best tools available on the market based on performance and their customizable components, Pyramid’s CTO successfully shaped a new system to attain one goal: improving team management, as well as monitoring and the overall collaboration with our clients. Our streamlined infrastructure is based on two main interactive tools, and a series of satellite systems.
As we use SSO throughout our entire network, information is shared by our various teamsquickly and efficiently. Our system is fully flexible and will adapt to our clients’ existing systems and infrastructure.
